I’m Fran – Food, Body & Life Coach. I help professional women transform their relationship with food & their body. So they can free themselves of obsessive & chronic dieting, recapture their confidence & find freedom in finding themselves!

I'm a true diet industry drop-out. Even as a Personal Trainer, my weight yo-yo'ed for years (and yes, it left me feeling a complete failure!).  

After 12 years in the wellness industry, 6 years ago, I finally found the solution to losing the 13kg I'd been carrying around since my twins were born.  

If you're like me, you've tried every diet going but had trouble sticking to them - or had some success, only to put the weight back on.  

In my quest for a long-term solution, I realised I needed to dig much deeper. I knew I had to go far beyond just the study of nutrition. I spent 2 years studying to be a nutrition coach and studying general behaviour change but I needed more. I studied psychology at university and I decided to go one step further and study the psychology of eating. 


It took me years to finally understand how to really help women on a neurological level to make lasting sustainable changes & I can help you make those changes to your neurology much, much quicker.
