A: Workshops run for 45-60 minutes 2 x per month.

I will also be giving you step by step actionable steps within your 7 Steps to Food Freedom Starter course.

You will receive a short lesson each day to keep you on track. Lessons are short, generally between 5-10 minutes.

Q: How to I access the materials ?  

A: Workshops will run on zoom, you can join live or catch the replay. The replay will be available instantly in your facebook community and within 24hours in your membership portal.
