Q: What is the time commitment?
A: Workshops run for 45-60 minutes 2 x per month.
I will also be giving you step by step actionable steps within your 7 Steps to Food Freedom Starter course.
Q: How to I access the materials ?
A: Workshops will run on zoom, you can join live or catch the replay. The replay will be available inside the community within 24hours in resources folder within your app. You can catch up on the workshop archive too.
The 7 steps to Food Freedom starter course is delivered through my Frantastic Life App. You will get access to the first module immediately.
Q: What happens when I purchase?
A: You will receive an email within 5 minutes with instructions for how to access the app. Courses are always set to start on the Monday after purchase, but you can always request access earlier id this is your preference. You have immediate access a back catalogue of workshops that have already run and your recipe packs.
