Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the time commitment?
A: I will be asking for your commitment to show up for yourself and the other ladies in your group. We are all in this together.
You will receive a short lesson each day to keep you on track. Lessons are short, generally between 2-8 minutes.
In addition, expect to make time for 60 minutes small group workshop or group coaching call at least every other week with your team, this can be watched on replay. Along with a 45minute 1-1 coaching call 2 x per month.
Q: Do I need to live close by?
A: This is an online program so you can live anywhere in the world all that is required is an internet connection. The course is delivered to you via a bespoke app.
Q: I'm not on facebook can I still sign up?
A: Yes, all lessons are delivered through your app and all workshops and 1-1 sessions are delivered through zoom. There is a messenger through the app to contact me directly, or a group whats app.
Q: I've noticed there are some big name apps out there that cost less, what is the difference?
A: So did I, so I checked them out. The Emotional Eating Online Program is completely different, firstly you have a real life coach supporting you, not a bot. This means that we can really tailor your program to fit your uniqueness. If you are faced with a unexpected business trip, a family holiday or a stressful life event we will work together to come up with a strategy to support you, and to support you through the emotions associated with that.
I will make sure you do the work you really need to do, digging into your subconscious beliefs and behaviours and taking back your power around food and your body.
As I have said before weight loss and habit change don't start in the gym, they don't even start in the kitchen they start in the mind.
You are getting 1-1 coaching and mentoring from me plus a mindfulness course on emotional resilience and a framework to support you with an amazing personal, connected community.

A: No, that's why it is spread over 6 months we take it at a realistic pace so that you can actually build and practice your habits over time.

A: No, you can choose a payment plan, and pay 6 instalments, or talk to me about what might work for you.
